What times are check-in and checkout?

Spanish Court Hotel’s standard check-in time begins at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 12:00 pm.

Is there an age restriction at the hotel?

Guests must be 18 years or older and must present valid government-issued identification to reserve and check in to a guest room. A person meeting the minimum age requirement must be present at time of check-in to be the registered guest in the room. If there are guests under the age of 18 staying with you, the hotel will remove all alcoholic beverages from the guest room prior to your check-in.

What is the hotel’s ADA policy?

What is the hotel’s early departure policy?

Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee equivalent to one night of their stay plus tax.

What is the hotel’s occupancy policy?

A maximum of two adults and one child under the age of 12 are allowed in each guest room.

What is your payment policy?

Spanish Court Hotel requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check-in to cover the value of your stay plus $150.00 per day for incidentals. This authorisation will place a hold on the funds until checkout, at which time the actual amount incurred during the stay will be charged.

Authorised amounts may take up to seven (7) working days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges. If you wish to settle your account by cash, your identification is required along with full prepayment of your accommodations and an incidental deposit equivalent to $75.00 per day of your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date for a full refund. Special cancellation policies apply on certain dates and will be noted at the time of booking.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit equivalent to one (1) night of your stay plus tax is required to hold your reservation. If your credit card is declined, your reservation will be cancelled. Special guarantee policies apply on certain dates and will be noted at the time of booking.

What is your policy on smoking?

Spanish Court Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel and has a “no smoking” policy that applies to all rooms and public spaces. Guests will be charged a $500 per stay cleaning fee should they be found smoking anywhere inside the hotel. There are designated smoking areas outside the building.

What is your policy on children?

Families with children are welcome. Children 11 and under may stay free of charge in a guest room shared with a paying adult. No additional bedding will be made available.

What is your policy on pets?

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Is there a spa on site?

Spa treatments are available to guests 18 years of age or older at Zen Spa & Fitness Centre. Minors may receive specific treatments with a signed parental or guardian release waiver. For more information, contact our spa concierge at 876.926.0000.

A parent or guardian must always accompany minors under the age of 16 visiting the fitness centre or pools.

Do you have a business centre?

The business centre is accessible 24 hours a day free of charge.

Where should I park?

Overnight self-parking is available at the hotel’s parking lot free of charge.
